This is the Latin language baptismal record of Agnieszka Imańska, from the Ludzisko Parish.

Markowice, 1817

On January 6th, 1817, I, Rev., Pastor of the Ludzisko Parish, baptized the infant was named Agnieszka. The child was born on the 6th of January, 1816. The parents were: Szymon and Jadwiga Imański, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Tomasz Kościelski and Agnieszka Mąka, both from the village of Markowice.
