This is the Latin language baptismal record of Mikołaj Imański, from the Ludzisko Parish.

Markowice, 1814

On September 4th, 1814, I, Rev., Pastor of the Ludzisko Parish, baptized the infant was named Mikołaj. The child was born on the 2nd of September, 1814. The parents were: Szymon, aged 34, and Jadwiga Imański nee Kwiatkowska, aged 24, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Andrzej Jankowski and Apolonia Gapska, both from the village of Markowice.
