On September 13th, 1812, I, Rev. Mateusz Smoliński, Pastor of the Ludzisko Parish, baptized the infant was named Mateusz. The child was born on the 12th of September, 1812, at 8 a.m. The parents were: Szymon, aged 32, and Jadwiga Imański nee Kwiatkowska, aged 22, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Szymon Jędrzejak, from Krusza Zamkowa, and Regina Bagdanowska, from the village of Markowice.
