Death of Tomasz Pakuła (1855)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Tomasz Pakuła, from the Lisków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Żychów, 1855, No. 65

This occurred in the village of Lisków, on the 23rd of April, 1855, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Józef Świerk, aged 36, and Teodor Trzebiński, aged 27, both are farm owners residing in Żychów, and stated that on the 20th of April, 1855, at 9 p.m., Tomasz Pakuła, aged 90, a widower, died. He was a farm owner residing in Żychów. He was born in Lisków, but his parents names are unknown. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Tomasz Pakuła, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
