Baptism of Wojciech Pakuła (1816)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Wojciech Pakuła, from the Lisków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Żychów, 1816, No. 9

On the 30th of March, 1816, at 4 p.m., before Us, Rev. Józef Kłyciński, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Lisków, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Żychów, Kalisz County, Kalisz Province, Kazimierz Pakuła appeared, aged 32, a farm owner residing in Żychów, and presented Us a male child, which was born in Żychów, house #15, on the 28th of March, 1816, at 1 p.m., to his lawful wife Marianna Maćczak, aged 29. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Wojciech. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Tomasz Pakuła, aged 40, a farm owner residing in Żychów, house #20, the cousin of the father; and Błażej Kędzia, aged 54, a farm owner residing in Żychów, house #14, a close neighbor of the father. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
