Baptism of Barbara Pakuła (1814)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Barbara Pakuła, from the Lisków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Żychów, 1814, No. 82

On the 6th of December, 1814, at 4 p.m., before Us, Rev. Józef Kłyciński, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Lisków, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Żychów, Kalisz County, Kalisz Province, Tomasz Pakuła appeared, aged 34, a farm owner residing in Żychów, and presented Us a female child, which was born in Żychów, house #20, on the 4th of December, 1814, at 12 a.m., to his lawful wife Katarzyna Kędzia, aged 36. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Barbara. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Kazimierz Pakuła, aged 27, a farm owner residing in Żychów, house #15, the Godfather of the child; and Paweł Pakuła, aged 50, a farm owner residing in Lisków, house #62, brother of the father. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
