Baptism of Katarzyna Pakuła (1814)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Katarzyna Pakuła, from the Lisków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Żychów, 1814, No. 27

On the 26th of April, 1814, at 8 a.m., before Us, Rev. Józef Kłyciński, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Lisków, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Żychów, Kalisz County, Kalisz Province, Kazimierz Pakuła appeared, aged 36, a farm owner residing in Żychów, and presented Us a female child, which was born in Żychów, house #15, on the 24th of April, 1814, at 12 p.m., to his lawful wife Marianna Maćczak, aged 24. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Katarzyna. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Tomasz Pakuła, aged 37, a farm owner residing in Żychów, house #20, the cousin of the father; and Walenty Aleksander, aged 37, a farm owner residing in Żychów, house #16, a close neighbor of the father. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
