Marriage of Kazimierz Pakuła and Marianna Maćczak (1812)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Kazimierz Pakuła and Marianna Maćczak, from the Lisków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Żychów, 1812,
This happened on January 22nd, 1812, at 11 a.m. Before Us, Rev. Józef Kłyciński, the undersigned Registrar of Vital Records of the District of Lisków, Kalisz County, Kalisz Province:
Kazimierz Pakuła, aged 27, single, residing with Wojciech Jakubasz in Lisków, house #51, the son of the deceased Franciszek, who died 23 years ago, and his widow Teresa Pakuła nee Bednarz, according to a certificate excerpted from the books of the Lisków Parish, appearing with his mother Teresa Pakuła, aged 50, who resides in the village of Żdżenice, Gmina Malanów.
Marianna Maćczak, aged 21, single, residing with her mother in Żychów, house #14, the daughter of the deceased Szymon, who died 6 years ago, and his widow Elżbieta Maćczak, according to a certificate excerpted from the books of the Lisków Parish, appearing with her mother Elżbieta Świerk, aged 48, a farm owner in Żychów.
The parties who appeared request that we proceed with the celebration of the wedding they have arranged between them, the announcement of which was published before the main doors of our District Court, that is: first on the 5th of January, and the second on the 12th of January, 1812, at 12 p.m. When we were not informed of any obstacles to the aforementioned marriage, and the parents here in attendance hereby consent, acquiescing to the aforementioned request, after reading to the parties and witnesses all the aforementioned papers and Section Six of the Civil Code regarding marriage, we asked the future husband and future wife whether they wished to join with each other in marital union, and when each of them responded separately that such is their wish, we proclaim in the name of the law that Kazimierz Pakuła, single, from Lisków, and Marianna Maćczak, single, from Żychów, are joined in the bonds of matrimony.
Of which we recorded this record in the presence of: Paweł Pakuła, aged 36, a farm owner residing in Lisków, in house #62, cousin of the groom; Tomasz Pakuła, aged 34, residing with his brother Paweł in Lisków, house #62, cousin of the groom; along with the following witnesses for the bride: Wojciech Świerk, aged 40, a farm owner residing in Żychów, house #18, the brides step-uncle; and Franciszek Maćczak, aged 50, a farm owner residing in Żychów, house #14, the brides uncle. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us who can write, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
