This happened on January 5th, 1812, at 12 p.m. Before Us, Rev. Józef Kłyciński, the undersigned Registrar of Vital Records of the District of Lisków, Kalisz County, Kalisz Province:
The first announcement of the wedding of at the Parish Church:
Kazimierz Pakuła, aged 27, single, residing in Lisków, in house #51 – the residence of Wojciech Jakubasz. He is the son of the deceased Franciszek, who died 23 years ago, and his widow Teresa Pakuła nee Bednarz,
and Marianna Maćczak, aged 21, single, residing with her mother in Żychów, in house #14, the daughter of the deceased Szymon Maćczak, who died 6 years ago, and his widow Elżbieta Świerek, who remarried.
This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us who can write, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
