Baptism of Stanisław Pakuła (1822)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Stanisław Pakuła, from the Kokanin Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Kokanin, No. 20, 1822

On the 14th of November, 1822, at 10 a.m., before Us, Rev. Stanisław Grygowski, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Kokanin, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Kokanin, Kalisz County, Kalisz Province, Paweł Pakuła appeared, aged 46, a farmer residing in Pawłówek, and presented Us a male child, which was born on the 12th of November, 1822, in his home, to his lawful wife Urszula, aged 38. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Stanisław. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Andrzej Bednarski, aged 52, a Kokanin Parish employee, and Wojciech Wojtaszak, aged 52, a farmer residing in the village of Kokanin. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
