This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Sebastian Pakuła, from the Kokanin Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Pawłówek, 1808, No. 1

On the 19th of January, 1808, I, Rev. Stanisław Grygowski, Pastor of the Kokanin Parish, baptized an infant named Sebastian. The parents were: Paweł and Gertruda Pakuła, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Mikołaj Bogaczyński, a census taker, and Helena Zgardzińska, from the city of Kalisz.
