This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Rozalia Pakuła, from the Kokanin Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Pawłówek, 1806, No. 9

On the 25th of June, 1806, I, Rev. Stanisław Grygowski, Pastor of the Kokanin Parish, baptized an infant named Rozalia. The parents were: Paweł and Gertruda Pakuła, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Walenty Napieralak, single, and Marianna Tylewicz, both from Pawłówek.
