This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Marianna Pyzdrowska nee Jędrzejczak, from the Raciążek Parish.

Sierzchowo, No. 53, 1920

This occurred in the town of Raciążek, on the 14th of December, 1920, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Leon Szymczak and Wawrzyniec Milak, both are laborers residing in Sierzchowo, and stated that on the 13th of December, 1920, at 10 a.m., in the village of Sierzchowo, Marianna Pyzdrowska nee Jędrzejczak, aged 62, died. She was a wife and laborer residing in Sierzchowo. She was born in the village of Siniarzewo, the daughter of Paweł and Teresa Jędrzejczak nee Skonieczna – who were laborers residing in the village of Gosławice – Gmina Sędzin. She leaves behind her husband Maksymilian. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Marianna Pyzdrowska, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
