Baptism of Agnieszka Jędrzejczak (1852)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Agnieszka Jędrzejczak, from the Siniarzewo parish.

Gosławice, No. 6, 1852

This occurred in the village of Siniarzewo, on the 7th of February, 1852, at 8 a.m. Paweł Jędrzejczak, appeared, aged 30, a laborer residing in the village of Gosławice, in the presence of: Jan Balcerak, aged 34, and Antoni Pacholski, aged 38, both are farmhands residing in the village of Gosławice, and showed Us a female child born in the village of Gosławice, on the 6th of February, 1852, at 10 p.m., to his lawful wife, Teresa nee Skonieczna, aged 30. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Agnieszka. The Godparents were: Antoni Pacholski and Józefa Dąbek.
