Marriage of Kacper Jędrzejczak and Agnieszka Grabowska (1896)

This is my translation of the Russian language marriage record of Kacper Jędrzejczak and Agnieszka Grabowska, from the Koneck parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Żołnowo, No. 12, 1896
This happened in the village of Koneck on the 4th/16th of February, 1896, at 5 p.m. We declare, that in the presence of witnesses: Jakub Polatowski, aged 33, and Jakub Rogiewicz, aged 45, both are laborers residing in the village of Gosławice, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Kacper Jędrzejczak, aged 25, single, a laborer residing in Gosławice, the son of the deceased Paweł and Teresa Jędrzejczak nee Skonieczna, born in the village of Gosławice,
and Agnieszka Grabowska, aged 23, single, residing in the village of Żołnowo, the daughter of Anna Grabowska, born in the village of Paruchowo.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Koneck and Siniarzewo Parish Churches, on the 21st of January/2nd of February, the 28th of January/9th of February, and the 4th/16th of February, 1896. The newlyweds stated that no martial agreement was made between them. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
