This occurred in the settlement of Ostrowąs, on the 15th/27th of October, 1897, at 10 a.m. Appearing are Tomasz Blaszczak, a servant, age 57, and Ignacy Danołowski?, a servant, age 35, both residents of Plebanka, and stated that on the 13th/25th of October, 1897, at 8 a.m., Franciszek Tobiasz, age 1, died. He was born to his parents Michał and Rozalia Tobiasz nee Nowak, servants in Plebanka, residents in Gmina Sędzin. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Franciszek Tobiasz, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
