Marriage of Andrzej Zachwieja and Julianna Sobczak (1889)

This is my translation of the Russian language marriage record of Andrzej Zachwieja and Julianna Sobczak, from the Lubraniec Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Dobierzyn, No. 12, 1889

This happened in the town of Lubraniec, on the 8th/20th of May, 1889, at 9 a.m. We declare in the presence of: Wawrzyniec Wachowski, aged 48, and Józef Niespodziński, aged 60, both are laborers residing in Lubraniec, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:

Andrzej Zachwieja, aged 25, single, residing in Lubraniec with his family, the son of Wojciech and Julianna Zachwieja nee Tobiasz, born in the village of Siniarzewo,

and Julianna Sobczak, aged 19, single, residing in Dobierzyn with her family, the daughter of the late Andrzej and his widow Marianna Sobczak nee Maciejewska, born in the village of Dobierzyn.

Three announcements preceded this marriage. The banns were read, at the Lubraniec Parish church, on the 23rd of April/5th of May, 30th of April/12th of May, and 7th/19th of May, 1889. No prenuptial agreement was made between the newlyweds. This document, after being read aloud to the witnesses and the newlyweds, was signed by the presiding pastor.
