Death of Helena and Marianna Deręgowski (1812)

This is my translation of the Polish language Death record of Helena and Marianna Deręgowski, from the Piotrków Kujawski Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Świesz, 1812, No. 6

On the 8th of April, 1812, at 7 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Piotrków, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Piotrków, Radziejów County, Bydgoszcz Department: Apolonia Deręgowska, the mother of the deceased children, a farm owner residing in Świesz, house  No. 8; and Maciej Kolenda, aged 50, the village Mayor of Świesz, appeared and stated that on the 5th of April, 1812, at 7 p.m., in the Deręgowski home, No. 8, in the village of Świesz, Helena Deręgowska, aged 3, died; and on the 7th of April, 1812, at 8 p.m., in the Deręgowski home, No. 8, in the village of Świesz, Marianna Deręgowska, aged 9 months, died. After which this Death Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
