Death of Franciszek Deręgowski (1812)

This is my translation of the Polish language Death record of Franciszek Deręgowski, from the Piotrków Kujawski Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Świesz, 1812, No. 8

On the 30th of January, 1812, at 3 p.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Piotrków, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Piotrków, Radziejów County, Bydgoszcz Department: Apolonia Deręgowska, aged 43, wife of the deceased, a farm owner residing in Świesz, house  No. 8; and Maciej Kolenda, aged 50, the village Mayor of Świesz, appeared and stated that on the 30th of January, 1812, at 10 a.m., in the Deręgowski home, No. 8, in the village of Świesz, Franciszek Deręgowski, aged 52, died. He was a farm owner in Świesz. After which this Death Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
