This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Marianna Tobiasz, from the Pieranie Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Czajka, 1794

On April 21st, 1794, I, Rev. Ambroży Daczkiewicz, of the Pieranie Parish, baptized the infant named Marianna. The parents were: Jan and Jadwiga Tobiasz, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 19th of April, 1794, at 3 p.m. The Godparents were: Jan Jóźwiak and Agnieszka Chałasik, from Czajka.
