This is my translation of the Polish language death record of my 2x great-grand aunt Katarzyna Tobiasz, from the Siniarzewo parish.

Gosławice No. 20 1851

This occurred in the village of Siniarzewo on the 1st of November, 1851, at 5 p.m. Appearing are Wincenty Latoski, aged 30, and Maciej Dumiński, aged 40, both laborers from Gosławice, and stated that on the 29th of October, 1851, at 7 p.m., Katarzyna Tobiasz died. She was born in Gosławice to Ignacy and Zofia Tobiasz, laborers residing in Gosławice. She was 1 year old. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Katarzyna Tobiasz, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
