Marriage of Balcer Pluskota and Katarzyna Kurtysiak (1845)
Hello,
This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Balcer Pluskota and Katarzyna Kurtysiak, from the Byczyna parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Bieganowo, No. 14, 1845,
This happened in the village of Byczyna, on the 27th of November, 1845, at 3 p.m. We declare in the presence of: Marcin Pilarski, aged 25, a farm owner, and Stanisław Smugalski, aged 48, a farm owner, both residing in the village of Byczyna, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Balcer Pluskota, aged 19, single, a farm owner residing in the village of Bieganowo, the son of the late Wojciech – a farm owner who lived and died in the village of Bronisław – and his widow Agnieszka Pluskota nee Ciemna – who resides in Bronisław, born in the village of Broniewo,
and Katarzyna Kurtysiak, aged 18, single, residing with her family in Bieganowo, the daughter of Stanisław and Rozalia Kurtysiak nee Jach – farm owners residing in Bieganowo, born in the village of Bieganowo.
Three announcements preceded this marriage. The banns were read, at the Byczyna parish church, on the 9th, 16th, and 23rd of November, 1845. Permissions were granted for marriage. No impediment occurred and no prenuptial agreement was made between the newlyweds. This document, after being read aloud to the witnesses and the newlyweds, was signed by the presiding pastor.
Rev. Bujakowski, Pastor of the Byczyna Parish and Civil Registrar.
