This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Łukasz Deręgowski, from the Piotrków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Szewce, 1802

On October 11th, 1802, I, Rev. Michał Lenczowski, Pastor of the Piotrków Parish, baptized the infant named Łukasz. The parents were: Franciszek and Apolonia Deręgowski. The Godparents were: Stanisław Olejniczak, from Lubsin, and Agnieszka Ludwiczak, from Szewce.
