On February 2nd, 1800, I, Rev., Pastor of the Piotrków Parish, baptized the infant named Mateusz. The parents were: Franciszek and Apolonia Deręgowski. The Godparents were: Benedykt Sieprawski and Katarzyna Tomczyk, both from Świesz.
