This is my translation of the Latin language Marriage record of Wojciech Surdyczak and Katarzyna Deręgowska, from the Piotrków Kujawski Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Lubsin, 1790

On November 7th, 1790, I, Rev. Jan Drabikowski, of the Piotrków Parish, after the banns have been read on three separate Sundays, and no canonical impediment having arisen, with blessing, officiated at the wedding of Wojciech Surdyczak, single, from Lubsin, and Katarzyna Deręgowska, single, from Lubsin. The witnesses were: Łukasz Lasecki and Andrzej, along with others from the village of Lubsin.
