This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Marianna Deręgowska, from the Piotrków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Świesz, 1790

On September 25th, 1790, I, Rev. Jan Drabikowski, Pastor of the Piotrków Parish, baptized the infant named Marianna. The parents were: Franciszek and Marianna Deręgowski. The Godparents were: Łukasz Lasecki and Jadwiga Deręgowska, both from Lubsin.
