This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Franciszek Słowiński, from the Kazimierz Biskupi Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On October 4th, 1802, I, Rev., Pastor of the Kazimierz Biskupi Parish, baptized the infant named Franciszek. The parents were Szymon, a blacksmith, and Jadwiga Słowiński, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Franciszek Szałak, a builder, and Anna Waglewska??, the wife of Jakub Weglewski??, a standard-bearer.
