This is my translation of the Russian language death record of my 3x great-grandfather Ignacy Tobiasz, from the Byczyna Parish.

Adolfin No. 41, 1868

This occurred in the village of Byczyna, on the 30th of November, 1868, at 10 a.m. Appearing are Marcin Wesolowski, aged 40, and Tomasz Szelążek. aged 30, both farmers residing in the village of Adolfin, and stated that in the village of Adolfin, on the 28th of November, 1868, at 1 p.m., Ignacy Tobiasz, aged 52, died. Ignacy was born in Góra, Prussia and was the son of the late Stanisław and Agnieszka Tobiasz. He is survived by his wife Zofia nee Karpik. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Ignacy Tobiasz, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
