This is my translation of the Polish language Death record of Jadwiga Kretkowska nee Konopa, from the Bytoń Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Bytoń, 1832, No. 40,

This occurred in the village of Bytoń, on the 10th of August, 1832, at 12 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Marcin Kapela, aged 37, a farm owner, and Mateusz Głowacki, aged 40, an innkeeper, both residing in the village of Bytoń, and stated that on the 8th of August, 1832, at 6 p.m., Jadwiga Kretkowska, aged 32, died. She was a tenant farmer, the wife of Mikołaj Kretkowski. Her parents names are unknown. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Jadwiga Kretkowska, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
