This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jadwiga Konopa, from the Bytoń Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On September 5th, 1800, I, Rev., Pastor of the Bytoń Parish, baptized the infant named Jadwiga. The parents were Wawrzyniec, son of Maciej, and Józefeta, daughter of Walenty Pluskota, Konopa, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Mikołaj Konopa, the son of Marcin, from Czołówek, and Katarzyna Szałwińska, daughter of Marcin Stefaniak, from Niegibalice.
