Death of Walenty Pluskota (1839)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Walenty Pluskota, from the Bytoń parish.

Bytoń, No. 4, 1839

This occurred in the village of Bytoń, on the 9th of March, 1839, at 12 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Marcin Skarupa, aged 45, Catholic, a farmhand, and Marcin Kapela, aged 40, Catholic, the village mayor, both are not related to the deceased and both reside in the village of Bytoń, and stated on the 9th of March, 1839, at 12 p.m., Walenty Pluskota, aged 22, a farmhand, died. He was the son of Stanisław and Jadwiga Pluskota. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Walenty Pluskota, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
