Marriage of Wincenty Raszczak and Katarzyna Pluskota (1829)
Hello,
This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Wincenty Raszczak and Katarzyna Pluskota, from the Bytoń parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Bytoń, 1829, No 10,
This happened in Bytoń, on the 24th of October, 1829, at 10 a.m. We declare in the presence of: Wawrzyniec Nowak, aged 40, a tenant farmer residing in Morzyce, and Michał Matyleński, aged 50, a miller residing in Brylewo, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Wincenty Raszczak, aged 28, single, a farmhand residing in Popowice, the son of Kazimierz and Agnieszka Raszczak, born in the village of Chełmce – Chełmce Parish, Grand Duchy of Poznań,
and Katarzyna Pluskota, aged 20, single, residing in Bytoń with her family, the daughter of Stanisław and Jadwiga Pluskota, born in the village of Bytoń.
Three announcements preceded this marriage. The banns were read, at the Bytoń Parish Church, on the 4th, 11th, and 18th of October, 1829. No impediments arose. No prenuptial agreement was made between the newlyweds. This document, after being read aloud to the witnesses and the newlyweds, was signed by the presiding pastor.
Rev. Kożuchowski, Pastor of the Bytoń and Civil Registrar.
Best Regards,
