Death of Wawrzyniec Pluskota (1816)

This is my translation of the Polish language Death record of Wawrzyniec Pluskota, from the Piotrków Kujawski Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Wąsewo, 1816,

On the 12th of December, 1816, before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Piotrków, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Piotrków, Radziejów County, Płock Province, Józef Królak appeared, the mayor of Wąsewo, aged 20; Józef Żiołkowski, aged 24; along with the brother of the deceased, Paweł Pluskota, aged 80; and stated that on the 10th of December, 1816, at 10 p.m., Wawrzyniec Pluskota, aged 50, a farm owner, died in his home, house #8. After which this Death Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
