This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Angelika Wałdoch, from the Lipusz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Nowe Słone, 1820,

On August 3rd, 1820, I, Rev., Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, baptized the infant named Angelika. The parents were: Ignacy and Marianna Wałdoch nee Żywicka, the legally married couple. The child was born on August 1st, 1820. The Godparents were: Piotr Kulas and Wiktoria Wałdoch.
