This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Józefina Wałdoch, from the Leśno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Trzebuń, 1811,

On March 4th, 1811, I, Rev., Pastor of the Leśno Parish, baptized the infant named Józefina. The parents were: Maciej and Wiktoria Wałdoch nee Żywicka, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jakub Żywicki, from Skoszewo, and Marianna Janta, from Trzebuń.
