This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Tomasz Kropidłowski, from the Lipusz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Konitop, 1806,

On December 21st, 1806, I, Rev., Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, baptized the infant named Tomasz. The parents were: Maciej and Ewa Kropidłowski nee Wałdoch, the legally married couple. The child was born on December 19th, 1806. The Godparents were: Paweł ??? and Marianna ???.
