This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Katarzyna Wałdoch, from the Leśno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Trzebuń, 1805,

On October 28th, 1805, I, Rev., Pastor of the Leśno Parish, baptized the infant named Katarzyna Marianna. The parents were: Józef and Ewa Wałdoch nee Żywicka, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Łukasz Żywicki, from Dywan, and Marianna Ostrowska, from Trzebuń.
