This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Regina Wałdoch, from the Leśno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Trzebuń, 1805,

On August 12th, 1805, I, Rev., Pastor of the Leśno Parish, baptized the infant named Regina. The parents were: Maciej and Wiktoria Wałdoch nee Żywicka, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Wojciech Żywicki, from Trzebuń, and Marianna Wałdoch, from Słone.
