This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Tomasz Wałdoch, from the Lipusz Parish.

On December 8th, 1809, I, Rev., Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, baptized the infant named Tomasz. The child was born on the 7th of December, 1809. The parents were: Jan and Marianna Wałdoch, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Paweł Kulas and Barbara Kulas.
