This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Michał Wałdoch, from the Leśno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Trzebuń, 1806,

On September 28th, 1806, I, Rev., Pastor of the Leśno Parish, baptized the infant named Michał. The parents were: Jan and Marianna Wałdoch nee Lorbiecka, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Walenty ??? and Marianna Ostrowska, both from Trzebuń.
