This is my translation of the German language baptismal record of Magdalena (Helena) Wierzba, from the Lipusz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Tuszkowy, 1831, No. 71,

On May 15th, 1831, I, Rev. Józef Ruchniewicz, Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, baptized the infant named Magdalena (Helena). The parents were: Bartłomiej and Rozalia Wierzba nee Knapik, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 10th of May, 1831. The Godparents were: Józef Chrapkowski and Konstancja Żywicka.
