This is my translation of the English language death record of Josephine Nitza (Nica) nee Wierzba, from the St. Hyacinth Parish – Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Any errors are completely my own.

Milwaukee, 1892,

On the 27th of November, 1892, I, Rev. H. Gulski, Pastor of the St. Hyacinth Parish, officiated at the funeral of Josephine Nitza, aged 71. She died on the 24th of November, 1892. She was born in Poland. She was buried in the Polish Union cemetery.
