This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Józef Zaborowski, from the Lipusz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Krugliniec, 1816,

On September 15th, 1816, I, Rev., Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, baptized the infant named Józef. The parents were: Józef and Barbara Zaborowska nee Wierzba, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 15th of September, 1816. The Godparents were: Maciej Wojciechowski and Barbara Carowska??.
