This is my translation of the German language baptismal record of Józef Andrzej Wierzba, from the Lipusz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Tuszkowy, 1835, No. 71,

On November 23rd, 1835, I, Rev. Józef Ruchniewicz, Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, baptized the infant named Józef Andrzej. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Rozalia Wierzba nee Knapik, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 20th of November, 1835. The Godparents were: Paweł Jaszdziewski and Ludwika Nawroth.
