This is my translation of the German language baptismal record of Stanisław Wierzba, from the Lipusz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Tuszkowy, 1833, No. 84,

On November 15th, 1833, I, Rev., Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, baptized the infant named Stanisław. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Rozalia Wierzba nee Knapik, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 13th of November, 1833. The Godparents were: Szymon Jakubek and Teresa Wierzba.
