This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Teresa Jadwiga Wierzba, from the Lipusz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On October 15th, 1826, I, Rev., Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, baptized the infant named Teresa Jadwiga. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Rozalia Wierzba nee Knapik, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 15th of October, 1826. The Godparents were: Jan von Lipiński and Wiktoria Chrapkowska.
