This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Michał Wierzba, from the Lipusz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Tuszkowy, 1819, No. 67,

On September 20th, 1819, I, Rev., Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, baptized the infant named Michał. The parents were: Kazimierz and Weronika Wierzba nee Ekman, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 19th of September, 1819. The Godparents were: Maciej Kurszewski and Marianna Kurszewska.
