This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Wiktoria Wierzba, from the Lipusz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Tuszkowy, 1817,

On September 28th, 1817, I, Rev. Pysznicki, Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, baptized the infant named Wiktoria. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Rozalia Wierzba, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 27th of September, 1817. The Godparents were: Antoni Trawicki and Apolonia Chrapkowska.
