This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Marianna Wierzba, from the Lipusz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Tuszkowy, 1816,

On January 30th, 1816, I, Rev. Pysznicki, Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, baptized the infant named Marianna. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Rozalia Wierzba, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 29th of January, 1816. The Godparents were: Szymon Jakubek and Wiktoria Chrabkowska.
