This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Wojciech Rolbiecki, from the Lipusz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Tuszkowy, 1815,

On April 11th, 1815, I, Rev., Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, baptized the infant named Wojciech. The parents were: Maciej and Marianna Rolbiecki, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 9th of April, 1815. The Godparents were: Wojciech Rolbiecki and Barbara Wierzba.
